I have had a long & varied career working in interior design, visual display & art sales. But have also been painting since I was in my teens & later got involved in photography.

In 1993 I opened my first home based studio in Victoria.My new passion was to design, create & market "one of a kind" textile art. Giving me the opportunity to work with the luxury fabrics & trims I loved from the interior design trade.

A change came in 2004 when I moved to the Comox Valley & discovered hand made papers. Suddenly I was incorporating them into banners for window displays.Then they turned up in my textile wallhanging as well. And finally my acrylic painting became mixed media on canvas incorporating paper with text & textiles.

I have been on a great adventure with my art work ever since!
